Pregnancy, birth and motherhood is a process of spiritual, physical and emotional transformation for women, inviting you on a sacred journey of self-discovery, learning, and deep surrender.

The practice of yoga during this transition to motherhood, whether it’s your first or fifth, has many benefits for both mother and baby.

At Namakind, Mel offers prenatal yoga, postnatal yoga, and mums’n’bubs yoga classes in-person at Erina and surrounding beaches (Terrigal, MacMasters, Avoca) across the Central Coast, and online to support your transition into motherhood and beyond.

Namakind offers a variety of holistic and integrated pregnancy yoga courses and classes to support our village of women wherever you are on your motherhood journey. Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal yoga is a safe and nurturing way to move your ever-changing body, prepare for labour and foster the sacred connection between mother and baby.

Postnatal Yoga

Postnatal yoga, which is also referred to as postpartum yoga, focuses on recovery and restoration and can alleviate stress and discomfort after giving birth.

Mums'n'Bubs Yoga

Mums and Bubs yoga builds community with other mums and is a class where anything goes and everything is welcome. Feel free to feed, change your baby or just have a cuddle with your newborn.

It takes a village.

Mel is truly passionate about building a community of like-minded women to support you through your pregnancy, in preparation for birth, and beyond. It’s an innate human need to connect with self and others and something we wholeheartedly aim to foster at Namakind by integrating opportunities for you to gather both in-person and online with the Namakind village.
