Join our yoga community for a beautiful class overlooking the ocean! Whether you’re ready to rise with the sun or unwind at sunset, there’s a class for you. Nurture your whole being by moving your body & stilling your mind as the waves gently crash along the shoreline, the birds flutter about, and the suns rays dance playfully over the horizon.

Suitable for all levels (beginners welcome).

How long is the class?

Depending on the style, classes are 60-75min in length. Please check the class duration when making your booking.

What should I bring?

Please BYO Yoga Mat, a towel and water bottle to class as well as any additional props you’d like to use.

Organic yoga bolsters, cork yoga blocks, and straps are available to support your practice along with some studio yoga mats & blankets. Props are available on a first-come basis. It is recommended if you have your own to BYO.

Who is this class for?

MacMasters Beach Yoga are open-level yoga classes, no experience necessary – beginners are most welcome!
