How long do classes go for?

Classes vary in length. Generally, they run for 60min, 75min or 90min.

What should I bring?

Please BYO Yoga Mat, a towel, and water bottle to class as well as any additional props you’d like to use.
Cork yoga blocks, yoga bolsters, straps, and some studio mats are available for use.

If you are attending a Livestream class, please ensure you have a safe place to practice, free from any obstacles. 

Is yoga or meditation suitable for me?

*If you have any questions regards whether this activity is suitable for you or if you have any injuries or health conditions, please check with your healthcare practitioner. Please let Mel know before class if you have any injuries, are pregnant (or think you might be) or have any health conditions that may affect your practice.
