Where YOGA comes to LIFE.
Flow, align restore & nurture your mind-body connection.
Founded by Mel van Deventer (hey, that’s me!), Namakind offers a wholehearted exploration of mindfulness in motion, as we explore the integration of evidence-based neuroscience + research with the practice and teachings of yoga and meditation into everyday life.

Nurtured being.
Yoga is the journey of the self, to the self, through the self.
As a practitioner + teacher of Personalised BioMedical (Mind-Body) Yoga + Meditation as Lifestyle Medicine, Yin Yoga and Yoga for Pregnancy, Birth & Beyond, I believe in working in collaboration and co-regulation with my students to nurture your whole being – where my role as a practitioner is to gently guide and empower you to find your path of practice; your breath, your body, your compassion, your yoga.
